People Will Say

People will say that you don't look exactly they way they want

They will say that you are too tall

or too fat, or too ugly.

People will say things that will hurt.

People will tell you things that are't true but they keep telling you so you believe them

If everyone knew every bad thing anyone ever said about them

and had it on a paper right in fornt of them, the world would be full of hurt and anguish.

But wait. It already is.

People will say "Everything is fine I'm okay don't worry"

but what they really mean is "Help, I am hurting and I can't do anything about it"

People will say the world is perfect. And we are living in paradise.

But those people, are the same ones who told you you weren't good enough.

They are small minded and they live in a bubble

that they have formed around themselves because they are broken.

It's hard to pity the people who say things that make you feel inferior.

And yet, we don't see how scared they are,

their only way of coping is to tear others down and no

I'm not trying to validate bullying all I'm trying to tell hyou is that everyone is hurt

Everyone is broken in their own small way.

People will say you're just doing it for attention.

People that don't understand what you're going through

People that can't hear the voices in your head

As you look in the mirror at your long legs they scream "You're too tall!"

As you feel your skin and bone body they scream "You're too fat!"

As you look into your gray blue eyes and the single pimple on your cheek

they scream "You're too ugly!"

As you slowly start to realize that these voices are the people who said they loved you.

People will say a lot of things

People will say that you are an outcast

But what people don't know,

is that you are stornger than all of them combined because you

unlike all the others, you look on the inside

you see the beauty and the heart of yourself

while others see skin you see muscle

While others see shape you see bones

While others see pimples you see blood

While others see ugly. You see beauty

Because no matter what people say

You are beautiful.
