People's Curse

He entangled himself so much in that life Now he didn't know quite What was right And every night With all his might He'd cry and fight And kick and scream His nightmares won't just let him breathe Even in the day Is not that gay You know he may Have lost his way But no one cares He needs someone to find him To help him, to guide him "Reach out", someone inside reminds him But he rolls his eyes "They're all just lies, The voices, the cries" It's not him who said that, it's the people who made him revise "Just an attention seeking whore, And nothing more So we'll just snore At whomever knocks on that door And when shall we score? When he's on that shore To complete that chore The last and the ultimate" "Alas! It's too late That person was great But he received so much hate From his own "mates" Was it just fate Or did we really berate And put that weight On his already miserable state? Didn't notice his troubles Or how much he struggled In fact we made it worse We filled that pool to the top, in which he was immersed With all our insults and all our words So he could no longer survive our deadly curse So now he'll just traverse, to another universe
