Perception Of Women
She spends many moments of her day in reflection,
Many do not see it but she is fighting her own demons.
She shows gratitude to those who criticize her every motion,
Because her heart feeds on the challenges that life summons.
With love she continues to encourage her growth,
But she is a woman surrounded by a lot of darkness.
It is like breaking many sacred vows without an oath
It is normal for them because men can blame it on loneliness.
Imagine her living up to society's standards,
She is trying to match her beauty to someone's idea of perfection.
Pushing something bigger than herself and turning that clock backwards,
Life cannot be lived if she does not move this in another direction.
She wants to become a woman that does not need pity,
It is not like her to want sympathy from you.
Her moral values promoted her to feeling like she can be,
This lionhearted woman you have ever knew.
