Perfect

Wipe those tears From your pretty pink cheeks. Open those eyes; I wish you'd see what I see. You're more than what he thinks of you, Of what he makes you feel. I'd love you see you smile; Your face lights up when you do. I want to make you happy. Only.. I don't believe I know how to. You opened quick as a blooming flower; When you found I'd keep your secrets. Nobody's heard, It's all you and me. My favorite time of day, Is the middle of the night. You spill everything, And I soak it in. Every word, every detail; Locked in this heart. Though I wear it on my sleeve, They'll never see your secret. Self-deprecating, Enough is enough. You'll never see yourself as I do. Perfect.
