Perfect

Perfect

The camera is flashing

I see the bright lights

tonight i’m walking

walking with him

he who has my heart

yet has so many others as well

but he chose me

and the eyes of the world are on me

I walk down the avenue

holding hands and smiles that i hope will never fade

The camera flashes

he holds me in his arms

it seems like everything is falling apart

i Don’t know what to do, where to go

the world has seen me and so has he

The camera flashes

We are in the park

sitting on a bench

when our hearts first locked

i look around loving the day

when i look back at him

getting on one knee.

The camera flashes once again

it’s a famous day in a girl’s life

walking down the aisle loving her life

seeing him and my heart melts again

I know now that i’m in love and won’t worry again.
