Perfect Day

Today is the perfect day.

Today is when all those solem, crytic hospital visits came to an end.

Today I would be able  do whatever I want without dismay.

Becaue today it ends.

The symptoms showed since I was born.

I didn't have a choice, but to fight it with all I have.

However, I wasn't alone.

My loved ones were by my side, never letting me simply give up.

I thank them for letting me fight my battle.

A quarrel that was vague and concealed the unalterable future.

But the fight has come to an end and it's tme to move on.

So all I have to say is; no tears for me, here's a tissue wipe them off.

The pains are gone and so am I.

Today is the perfect day.

Today it all ends.

Today I am gone.

Today I am in my Utopia, cancer free.
