Perfect Imperfections

I woke up like this 

but still it took some work 

I made myself like this 

Breaking through the struggles and things that hurt 

Far from perfection 

But flawless as ever 

I have had my rejection 

but still withstood the weather

From old to new 

Present to Past 

I still stayed true 

Where most would not last

I have been through the terrible storm 

While flawlessly withstanding the rain 

Far from perfect 

Yet never tried to be 

True stength held it together, ambition took effect 

Passion became apart of me 

My ambition grows 

I strive toward grander dreams 

While all is not what it seems 

But what is to be held in the future, no one knows
