Perfect Insanity

Who's not listen to the tragic dark as it beckons to us most clearly through the pain, loneliness and the plague it spreads. You can clearly hear its call, yet you will stare blankly at the door, like so many others. The demon stares eagerly through you with it’s beady blood red eyes, ready to devour your soul as the ocean of hatred starts to turn black, transforming into that which you've feared most, turning into that which you know better than anyone else, for it is in your heart to know who is truly staring right back at you. With meager eyes we are staring into the eyes of the demon feigning harmony. Go ahead and stand behind the metal shroud that covers you from insanity and death, which is better, or which do you prefer? I choose life, for what is better than living in your perfect insanity beside those who share it, with the perfect taste of crimson blood that we all see, in those of normalcy, not of our own delusions...

I'm a passionate animal lover, as well as someone with a dark mind for poetry. I enjoy deep and meaningful poems with double meanings behind them.
