Perfect Love

Thu, 09/07/2017 - 10:51 -- volive

Now I sit here alone,

as I cry and I write these notes.

As I realize how much you love me;

beaten down, stricken bone,

up on the cross and you still told

this cold and lonely world how much you love them.

True love is sacrifice,

you gave your all and ask nothing

but for us to love one another.

Honesty, faith, and trust

Your perfect love, more than enough,

It is all we need to truly love each other.
