perfect mistake

Perfect mistake

The sound of your voice I’ll never forget

The taste of your lips an exquisite regret

Your sweet whispers still torment my mind

You charming eyes still awake my smile

The echo of my heart resonates like a blissful melody

The instant the thought of you invade the hollows of my memory

I remember those days you would come knocking on my door

As I let you walk through our body synchronized on every floor

You revived within me a passion I never knew existed before

You were everything I wanted yet was too prude to ever ask for

Your hands travel like tender waves over my body

Caressing every square inch until infinity

Under the moon we love all night

We have conquered a restless battle without a fight

Yet as rise the light of day

You vanish without a trace

dear mistake I’ll never forget you

dream oh wonderful dream why did I ever wake up from you
