The Perfect Poem

As I sit here. Words running through my mind. I try and write "The Perfect Poem" A poem I cannot find. I'd like my poems to be perfect. Each and every one. I try my best to do so. Especially on "Havin' Fun" But poems are never perfect They're a reflection of you and me Poems show how you feel. Poems show what it's like to be. In the writers shoes. As you read this persons words. You look into their thoughts. Hear what it is they've heard. You can almost feel the pain. Or love, happieness and delight. As you read through each word And so begins your flight. To a place that's far away. Where it is you can escape From all your troubles and your worries. It's a trip you have to take. So when searching for "The Perfect Poem" We needent look too far. Each and every one I read. The Perfect Poem, by far.
