Perfection

stare into my eyes,

as they reflect oceans!

you know it’s the one quality I’ve never been degraded for!

AND! Let’s not forget,

the only attribute I’ve been complimented for!

but don’t let those eyes wander,

because when you scroll down you’ll find atrocities.

you see,

if I sit like this,

or walk like this,

my silky skin becomes tied up in itself:

they say it’s not attractive.

don’t look at my teeth!

for they’re not pearly white,

my smile is better with my mouth closed.

and my voice is the same.

better with my mouth closed.

the sounds I make are screeching,

like hungry seagulls at sea

the words can’t be comprehended

because they’re just so...

annoying.

but if I stand like this, and smile like this, and don’t say a word,

I am your perfect girl.
