Perfection Comes with Baggage

In my upside down-ness

i saw a backwards

Something

And paused.

It was Wrong

And Bad

And Painful.

i looked too long

and then i was

Wrong

and Bad

and Hurt.

The buzz of bees

rang

from my pocket

and i looked at the glowing bug

that emerged

And Life sprung forward

From 3000 miles away

and you appeared

And i was Right

and Good

and Healed.

and Everything was Awesome

In my right side up-ness

i saw a forwards

Someone

and paused.

you were

not Perfect

or all-the-way OK

and that was Perfect

and what i needed.

i was not Amazing

or all-the-way there

and that was Perfect

and what you needed.

In our sideways-ness

the world We saw

was Broken

and Flawed

and Beautiful

and All for Us.

So We took It

and the backwards

Something

Disappeared

and the upside down-ness

and right side up-ness

and sideways-ness

made Sense

and We made Sense

and it was Good

and Okay.

Together

We are Awesome and

Everything

is

Awesome.
