A Perfectly Flawed Dancer

As I begin to tell my story,

My adrenalin takes over right away.

I am the star of my show “ A Perfectly Flawed Dancer Today”

As I jete’ to center stage,

I wonder what will they say “ oh my’;

"A Perfectly Flawed Dancer,"

Lets see her sway

As my body moves in counts of eight,

As if the beat is my heart,

And the movements are my soul,

That takes me away.

The soft melody wraps me up ,

That I may forget the time and place.

Each step, each pointe, and each breath carries me away.

Emotions that are depicted upon my face;

Movements are filled with such grace.

Arrogantly I'm 40 seconds away,

To end my journey today,

My heart is passionate

I must say Oh how FLAWLESS I Danced today.

A big round of applause, A standing ovation

A Bow and Curtsey .

Logan -Simone

THE PERFECTLY FLAWED DANCER

TODAY.
