The Perpetual Rain
A capsule of atomic enfolds of happiness; each drip, a sound of heaviness expressed wholly within the depths of blissful tokens of war.
It pours down my face and dampens my clothing,
subsequently my consciousness desires to forget everything not directly related to the moment;
I let it.
Amnesia settles into my bones.
I smile, for this very rain cleanses the aesthetic uncertainty and finite darkness that lies beneath my artistically constructed organs; organs of meaning and function
The drops engulf me
They make me feel safe like a child in the protectiveness of their caregiver.
A fresh start
