Perseus

The World of Greek Mythology is like a fantasy of mythical

Adventures.Edith Hamilton’s mythology about Perseus is about imaginative

characters ,overcoming all obstacles to defend his family and seeking

for revenge. Desmond Davis’s clash of the Titans (1981) is about Perseus

quest that begins with returning to Joppa to marry Princess Andromeda and save her but must train for obstacles to come. In adventurous stories,

they all lead up to Entering the Unknown or crossing the threshold and a

Supernatural Aid or Mentor teacher. The tellings of Perseus’s story in

Hamilton’s book and Davis’s film impact the myth by showing a bigger picture  and reasoning behind the myth.
