Persevere

Middle school I had so many questions

Unanswered and confused

I listened to the lessons

I never understood-I was unamused

High school I discovered I didn’t have to fear

I heard others asking questions to teachers and peers

Learning took on a new atmosphere

It was a new and exciting frontier

All I needed was to ask questions and persevere
