The Persistence Of Memory

Now
I dream,
My mind reaching an endless sea
Of idle thoughts
And memories.
Here
I stand,
Canyon walls towering over me,
Trapping me here
For all eternity.
Time no longer exists
As I waste away,
Lost within
Myself.
