This Person I Write About is Someone I Wish To Be

Did I ask for your opinion?
The pizza guy is asking for my number
give him one i found in the phonebook
oh what a shame i could be sometimes

Did I make you cry?
Pour a drink and wait in line
You're not the first and hopefully not the last
When I look back i wonder
oh what a shame i could be sometimes

Did I miss the signs?
I might of thrown them away
I don't like the thought of falling in love
was it my fault
for leading you on
oh what a shame i could be sometimes

Did I hurt you now?
Sorry for the late invite
Didn't think you would've liked to come anyways
oh what a shame i could be sometimes

Bobby.

Music is just poems from a young kid, but with a better background than beatboxing It's better to be hit with a truck than kissed with a lie
