To the person that keyed my car
Who the hell do you think you are
Going out of your way to key my car.
Maybe the “Fuck u” you scrawled on my hood
Was just you being up to no good
Or maybe you did it just cause you could.
I was having a really great night
But I guess you just wanted to start a fight.
If I wronged you sometime today
Or even if I was getting in your way
All you had to do was say,
Hey, that wasn’t okay.
Here’s my piece of friendly advice:
Sometimes it’s good to try to be nice.
Next time you decide you want to go play
Or take out your anger in any way
Try using your words in place
Of the hasty scratches you threw in my face.
When things don’t seem to be going your way
You don’t have to give someone else a crappy day.
Sincerely,
Sydney
