Pestilence

Mr. Pestlinece

Who visited in my Freshman year,

Did you have to leave the world

In fear?

Take our loved ones

Trap us at home

Make us feel

All alone

Confine my friends

To a zoom screen

Lost all sense

of Reailty

Lost all purpose

All spring, All step

Locked inside

With a mess

Now outside

In front of me

I fogrot the quiet

Or how to breathe

I know not of

The way to copwe

Just silly dreams

And broken hope.
