Peter Pan's Logic
When I was eight, I thought I would be a super Saiyan if I yell loud enough
Jumping from stairs on pillows yelling nimbus
Creativity was pure endless
When you're young, Creativity is at its prime
At a age, where maturity is the next opportunity
When you think growing up is the best thing to come
Higher your age, you notice how it become more or less fun
When people are dying in the world and living in the slum
The simple equation of me plus age equals a reason to never get old
The Term "LIfe sucks" was written in bold, in the inner cavity of my head
What, Where, when, is the issue
Not comprehending, why beloved ones grabbing the tissue and tears fall from their eyes
Set aside that I don't understand , why everyone begins to cry
Age had intimidated me before I knew its Essence
As a adolescent, I knew only of my neighborhood
My Friends and I played tag without touching chips of wood
Simple activities brought forth so much of my happiness & tranquility
I am a boy, afraid of the life as man
Why do we have to work as I truly do not understand
Then I thought why can't we come together as a land
I keeping thinking the world should be like how ants are working together
Whether or not, if you are rich or poor
As a core, we all should be on the same accord
When I became ten
I understood death, when Simba was calling for his father.
He did not move or speak
The shriek, made me realize he is not coming back
Parents are what keeps us safe at night
Waiting for us to fall asleep then cut off the light, because we thought the bed bugs would bite
So I never want to grow up with any of these problems
I am not prepared to solve them, for anyone not even myself
Well it is this girl, She is cute and she liked the way I poot
At the root, I would say I like her green eyes with her brown skin
I like how we talk about something else but she is my friend
She talks about her getting old
And how life unfolds into her being a queen.
Not deciding if she wants a king or anything
I don't really know why I get a strange feeling between my stomach & heart
My mother told that I gets the butterflies and I asked her if I am going to die
You like someone that's all
Then she had gotten a fateful call that I will never see her anymore
I cried for a week and asked why do I see no blood but feels so much pain for, her and only her
A decade pass by and now twenty years of age
I understand everything from the index to the table of contents page
I reconciled the loss of my grandfather
I do not wish to be bother, about the joys of a boy
I have seen death grip the last breath of loved ones
Problems grow heavier than any ton,
I am stronger now to uphold my tasks given to me
By my father's father to let who I am as man be free
A women who needs you as much you them
It begins the rim,of why you should you get old
Life and time is more precious than any gold
So bring life in this reality and get pass the formalities
Be someone's neverland so they can understand
Every Man begins as a child
And as a child you know no bounds of what happiness can be(poems go here)
