Phoenix

I am a fucking phoenix.

You can tear me down

You can burn my body

Leave me in the ashes of memories

And even blow them across the floor

Scatter parts of me

I will be burnt and used.

My life is “over”

But there was hope.

I am a fucking Phoenix.

I will rise when you push me down

My ashes of memories will teach me

Every lesson you blow around

I will take back and grow

My strength will astound you.

And I will rise from the ashes of memories

Just like a phoenix…

My story isn’t over yet.

We all go through traumas, writing was a way to cope.
