Phoenix Ashes

On this shaky ground I walk on, upon the gravel of my reality, this winding road is coming to an end. Like a once majestic phoenix Nearing his passing, I feel the fire burning. At the crossroads, my reality bursts into flames Bringing down my familiar home until all that’s left is ash. But a feather falls down, and gently touches the ground, a silent remnant of what used to be a sign of what is to come on the new road Regaining a strength that was once lost, learning to soar with new wings, over this new spiraling road leaving no behind no regrets, only phoenix ashes.
