Photos of a life time

I look back

to see the stacks of photos

the times where friends were there

but are no longer

times where four years ago

we were graduating 8th grade

but now, one year away, we become adults

to be able to vote for our future

when back then all we worried about was who we were going to play with

worried about this and that

just going about life not even knowing what we are doing

drifting and floating until one day it

hits.

I am going to college

I will have a job and be on my own

to one day

look back and say

wow
