Photosynthesis

Thus the flower that is me

May be hard to see

It is yet to bloom, it cowers inwardly instead.

The petals are still wrinkled, stem not yet strong

But once that flower blooms, it shall sing a song

The song of its journey, while it cowered so

It has experienced so much more

Than you'll ever know.
