Piano Strings

Her corneas are hanging by veins

She says she's a puppet

When she's alive

While the man with the glasses

Says his hair is a tailcoat

He’s going mad but he’s passionate so no one tells him

So he just plays the piano with such vigor

One day she does

Her veins are hanging on

She can’t even close an eye

Until she tells the man he’s insane

But the man won’t let her

Not even he can stop playing

Right above him lies strings so fine no else can see

His passion was a lie

And so was he
