A Piece


Loving you is like pouring honey; Slow and rich, Smooth and think. I’ve wanted you longer Than you’ve wanted me. But you’ve wanted me harder Than I’ve been willing to see. More than anything, though, I just want to know What goes on inside… Dig deep- rummaging your mind; Looking for that missing part, The piece that’s keeping you from entering my heart.
