A piece of me dies with you

My friend,

I have stayed with you until the end

This decade we had

Me, you, Mom, and Dad

The loving licks on my face

Will somehow replace

The tears on it right now

The bag of chow

The leash

All remind me of you

Oh, yes they do

They remind me of Smooch

A friend so true
