Old pictures in the album,

Which nobody touched for a long time.

Pieces of Memories in my mind,

Which lost their names a long time ago.

a young girl lived in my universe,

but she has gone, with time flying fast.

When I started to understand astronomy,

She left, leaving her small but old shoes in my heart.

Old pictures in the album,

Are they the source of nostalgia raining on my eyes?

Old pictures I looked up, while looking back on the world I lived

The girl in the pictures wearing same shoes as in my heart.

All the emotions, in the pictures, are what I have forgotten;

Smiling carefree and Singing loudly; the only way to be happy.

The pics were my reality; but I called it ‘innocence.’

The loves were my dream; but I took it for granted.

The ways to be happy I l chased for were right next to me;

The reasons for you to be my umbrella were ‘because I love you;’

Closing the album, I realize that I am standing all alone in the rain;

And that I wanted to be the umbrella for you but was all the raindrops in the world.

The reasons why I could not dedicate my everything for you

Have become the excuses intoxicating the girl living in my heart.

The reasons why I always had to avoid from your love

Were my beliefs that love does not last forever.

I called you ‘love’; but I could not commit to you.

I called you ‘everlasting’; but I believed, ‘all the movies will be done, one day.’

Bloody Regrets what I have in my hands now

Are the results of the contradiction;

If I had stepped forward a bit more, losing my reasons and beliefs,

You might had stayed with me, living in my universe;

If I had known the meaning of ‘because I love you’,

Was your solid resolution for your love,

I might had been your umbrella, but the raindrops.

But, now the regrets in my hand

Are just the corps of beautiful memories.
