Pierced Perfection

Mon, 07/20/2015 - 18:41 -- Ramcel

Two Roads diverged by a yellow wood,

one froze my heart, and there I stood,

the other promised freedoms from my stife,

word was true, i got a better life.

Admiration for things big and smal

lead to chancese for all,

to find joy from an uncommon place, or a lover's call,

The clutches of depression are tight,

but even with all its might,

it falls to the prowess of a well placed embrace.

Remeber to follow joy in its hate,

For it never waits and passes us by,

so never let the pain of a late night cry,

to stop you from prevailing over yourself,

just know, joy is the greatest wealth.
