Piercings

"Pride is a sin." They hammered that in To me, nailing it to a Star-crossed lover's heart, Speared through the part Of me that was at home Only away from home. And the only way home Was taken away. 'Cause I was taken With her, and she Is where my heart Will always be. I will not let them Take home away. If Pride is a sin, And sin is missing the mark, I missed by a mile To hit love dead on Through the heart.
