THE PILGRIMS

 @poet_panther

In the bivouac of delight,

In the assurance of the promise light,

There’s a thought that never be define,

Yet it’s the evidence that needs to be refine

The dashing sound of cries,

The steps that hikes in thunder,

All aiming to reach the goal of their desires

Inside the wonderland full of games and lies

I thought 'twas amazing to see them clinging

Certified by their smiles just by looking

But a moment of staring, they unclothe their attire

Seeing now the agonies and sufferings they have acquire

The weak and frozen feet,

The downtrodden voice in the street,

All are abducted and wearying

And, this astounded my inner being.

These I see, put me to reality

That everything is nothing but illusion in its being

This thing they called their own

Are not the paradise they want to live on.

This path we are taking, the journey of the little weaklings

This is not our home, not even the ending

So, take a deep breath and walk in the streams

We are just passers, we are just pilgrims.
