Pink Angel
Did you really depart?
Did you have to break my heart.
You were like a butterfly coming out of its cocoon.
Beautifully soaring the blue sky in the month of June.
Did you really depart?
Was it really time for you to go.
Could you not take the pain
just know I will never let your name die in vain
when tears & emptiness take over
I remind myself we will meet again,
I anticipate it more than anything.
Did you really depart?
You left me with a broken heart,
I can still hear your voice
Even though i’m hurt I will still find a way to still rejoice.
