Pink Little Riding Hood

Once upon a time

there was a lost little riding hood

the hood was a color of pink

looking for her sister with the red hood

without direction

she found herself in circles at night in the woods

crying for help she lied by the river

falling asleep by the log

she woke up to

a bright light in her face

a laugh

then two, three, a chorus of laughter

phones clicked and pictures were taken

confused she sat up and

as she began to ask for help

they all walked back to their cars

and drove off leaving

poor little pink riding hood

once again alone and lost in the woods

she lied back down and

went to sleep

Forever
