Pinned Me to the Wall

You pushed

You shoved

You pinned me to the wall.

You screamed

You blamed

You pinned me to the wall.

You bullied

You laughed

You pinned me to the wall.

You lied

You manipulated

You pinned

me

to

the

wall.

But

had

enough

and

broke

   free

    from

     your

      hold.

I stood my ground

I pushed back

I didn't allow you to drown me

in the sorrow.

Despite your attempts

to crack me

I persisted.

I didn't allow you

to abuse me further

for your sick pleasure.

I didn't let you do this

to me

any longer.

I will no longer be

pinned to the wall

for I will be busy

flying towards the sky
