The Pit

The A Darkness stirrs,
The 'Greater Good', they say is

Sacrificed.

I lay on a slab,

My very organs rupture.

The shadows around me, they

Poke and prod within,

Pull the ventricles,

Puncture the lungs,

Pierce the empty tubes and vessels,

Pretend not to hear

My ear-splitting banshee screams.

Hey, I'm seventeen, and many of those years have been spent devouring Italian mint chocolate chip ice-cream. I love Italian mint chocolate-chip ice-cream. You should really know that: that I LOVE ITALIAN MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE-CREAM (okay, I think you get the picture now, huh?).
