Pity and Mistakes

I don’t care, don’t pity me

Don’t have any sympathy

I destroyed myself, so please let me be

I don’t need anyone’s help, it’s my burden to carry

I don’t need anyone there for me

I broke his heart in a heartbeat

I deserve to be alone and depressed

I’m sorry if I’m a mess and I should put this all to rest

But I won’t because it's my mistake

So please just go away, and let me face this on my own

This pain I’ve caused it’s mines to bear

I thank you for trying to be there

But again this is all on me

I’m grateful that you care about me

But please let me be I lost who I am

I need to find myself

I hope you understand

That I don’t need the help

So just please let me be

I made wrong decisions

And now let me be, so I can try and fix it on my own

I’m sorry but just don’t pity me

I’m fine by myself

Till I can find who I am

I’m sorry for all of this

But this is what it is

Some people tell me that I’ll be alright

Because when the world starts to fade,

and every single thing that you say,

and all the drugs you do everyday,

becomes a pointless way to escape

From all the pain you’ve trapped inside

From all the pain you want to hide

You feel that life’s a game as you sigh

And say that you are not alright

Ik that you are not alright

But we will make through the night

I know that things get tough sometimes

But trust me you will shine so bright

You will shine so bright in the sky

So let me help you because in the end you have no clue

That the people who care for is the ones you need the most

So just step aside and don’t sigh because in the end

You will shine super bright in the sky
