A Place

America the land of the free and the home of the brave. A place where opportunities considered the rave. A place where Society complains about who you love and what's their names. A place where police walk away with no convictions all because "he looked suspicious". A place where the leader of the Free World has no moral standards, Where people swear it's just funny Slander. A place where Native Americans have always been has turned into an us-versus-them. A place where I fear to go to school, but if I don't I'm considered a fool. A place where teenagers and minorities fight for their rights, Only to be criticized about issues they bring to light A place I call home when every time I see a plane, I look for breaking news on my phone America the land of the red white and blue, and the home of people who just don't know what to do
