Placelessness

What is this place? This is a home in Gloucester, A town way out of the way What is this place? This is a school The people here are strange I need a brand new place. Moving on, What is this place? A Governor’s school For people like me The ones that just need an understanding space What is this place? A long white hall Full of people in gowns I say goodbye I need a brand new place. What is this place? This is a room in Blacksburg, Miles and Miles away What is this place? Seeing a lab Through goggled vision and lab coat white What is this place? This is home.
