Planets

We’ve drifted so far apart, that I feel like we’re on completely different planets now, and I wish that I could be on your world, but it’s too far away. When you got pulled further out of orbit, I felt like I had lost my light and I had to find my way in the dark. So many craters were made, and I felt like I was on the verge of breaking. How did I let you go so far? You deserve the universe, but at the same time I need you more than all the stars in the galaxy. Did the meteors come and destroy us, or were we just bound to find new moons.
