Played by the devil

thought I was happy I guess the devil was playing me giving me the illusion that life was good a piece of cake struggling to get no where all for noting 2 years gone down the drain for noting it's a shame I should have listened to my mind telling me to go it isn't worth it but the devil was whispering in my ear its all worth it but I guess that what I get giving up my life my future all the good starts I had gone in a second like a shooting star with no luck i was living in hell i may still be but it doesn't feel like it has my blessing finally come I look deep inside my self trying to figure out what's there and all I see is past hurt and mistakes will they ever stop haunting me only God knows I'm waiting for a sign some hope that shit will get better but the world is made up of struggles pain and mistakes not just me but everyone else noting is ever easy there will never be a time without any regrets but i move on and learn from those mistakes and regrets hoping i dont repeat them making my life better getting back on track vowing never to let myself get strayed from my path again no matter how hard it is because I let the devil play with me before but I won't ever again
