Playing with Fire

I was always told to never play with fire

But this fire

This love

Is too beautiful to resist

I grasp on

I cling

And I feel no pain

We dance together

In perfect harmony

The flame and I

This love I thought would never die

But nothing is ever as it seems

And true love can only be found in dreams

I try to cling to the fire, no longer there

But only grasp the smoky air

It is not until I look at my hand and see

The pain

That this flame

This love

Caused me
