Please Don't

Unwanted touches;

a little here, a little there.

Over time, too much to bear.

Can't say no-can't refuse

For fear if a battle ensues-you will lose.

So you sit there and can't say much,

willing it to be over so you can crawl and hide-

hide from the world to cry.

But you're not alone;

for there are others who have seen what you have

and gone through what you have.

So don't be afraid to ask for help

No one will laugh if you do.

They will respect you for loving yourself

Enough to try to end this madness

And eradicate the sadness.
