please don't ask if I'm okay
In the depths of my "smile"
I hide a truth untold
Each "I'm fine" a life
A heavy burden to hold.
"Are you ok?!" that sentance alone threatens tears.
Guilt and sickness flushes over me like a heavy storm
As anxiety takes its form
Its hard to breath now, I'm torn
No come on now swallow it down
don't you dare frown!
Dammit please just calm the fuck down!
You're fine its true
Other people have it way worse then you!
What a bitch making them worry
Quickly just say sorry...
Its not their fault you're scared to admit
You're not okay...
