Please Let Us Be Friends

I know I messed it up and can’t make it up.

I really want to make up already.

I comprehend how selfish that is. Stump,

I am. I hope this is temporary.

The problem: a lack of conversation.

The solution: just talking or texting

Our smarts minds could be from the same station

You never know what our own talks will bring

Plus, you amaze me, a sight to behold

Still love stricken but knows that time has passed.

I believe there is a story untold

Between us as cool companions at last

World is starting to become a small place place.

Would like to bond together in this case.
