Please Tell Me

I want to ask you how and why?

I cannot rest or get on by

Please tell me

I lost my heart; I was so blind

How could I ever be so kind?

Please tell me

What went wrong with my sight?

Guess I couldn’t find the light

Please tell me

I can never be to blame

Why would you burn me with the flame?

Please tell me

How could I sit around and wait?

Maybe it was just my fate

Please tell me

A star I was, should’ve been shining bright

How could you hold on so damn tight?

Please tell me
