THE POEM OF "LA MANCHA"
To dream the impossible dream,
to fight the unbeatable foe,
to bear with unbearable sorrow,
and to run where the brave dare not go
to right the unrightable wrong,
and to love pure and chaste from afar,
to try when your arms are too weary,
to reach the unreachable star:
this is my quest.
To follow that star
no matter how hopeless,
no matter how far,
to fight for the right without question or pause,
to be willing to march,
march into hell for that heavenly cause.

Your Poem's Voice
Philosophical idealism and universal quest for meaning, though grounded in personal commitment.
Dense accumulation of parallel impossibilities and abstract goals compressed into repeated structures.
Overwhelmingly positive despite hardship; celebrates noble striving and unwavering commitment.
Propulsive repetition, commanding imperatives, martial imagery create relentless kinetic force.
Approximately 12 lines; falls in 7-15 range with dense phrasing.
Rich metaphors (star, hell, quest), cascading paradox, oxymoron ('heavenly cause' paired with 'hell').
Pure lyric internal declaration; first-person introspective voice defining personal mission.
