This Poem is a Lie

This poem is a lie

I’ve never, lied

nor white, nor simple, or extravagant

I've never, carved anything into myself

for, further remembrance

I've never cried a river

I've never hated

Ive never been hated on

I've never wished the death of me, or on you, or death in general

As a matter of fact

I've never wished or dreamt

I've never told a story filled with pity

do you pity? this story

I've never said sorry

I've never regretted that,

           or this

Ive never heard beautiful noise

I've never held a knot in my throat

I've never covered my throat in a knot

I've never delved down on pills like one does a bucket of ice cream

I've never seen snow

I've never seen privilege, i mean ive never seen snow

Ive never been on section 8

Ive never had stress

I've never

I've never

(Insert more)

I've never…..

I've never cried

I've never hated

I've never carved into myself

I've never lied
