Poem From Lodovici's Perspective

The general is dead

Desdemona, his wife is too

But this life they say we've lost

Can't really be true

Fine earlier in the day

Emilia too

From the general's last achoo

To Mona's last words

They're both gone and there's nothing we can do

But for you, Iago

This day you'll rue

Thy punishment and pain to you

Forever

Thy may not breathe to see the next day

Freedom again? Never

Fake letters

That you wrote

You must hate the saying "For thy better"

Desdemona's future daughter

We never met her

And never will

Because you, Iago

Made sure Othello wouldn't let her.

Because of you, both are gone

But you'll be put away for thy better.

Now, we'll mourn

All three over the age of eighteen

Like a Children of the Corn scene

Life's mean

Red stained floors, not green

Loud screams

Of D and E

Echoing throughout the building.

Ashes of all three

Shall be sprinkled upon thee.

Cassio and Me, Lodvici

I'm sure all three would agree.

To these terms

Let us yearn

And in hell

Let Iago burn
